I have lived in Melrose by the Bay for about a year now and am ready to renew my lease! The apartment and price are the best in the area. They office staff has always been very kind and helpful to me. It's close to my friends and family and they love coming over and think the area and apartment are wonderful. You should go to Bay Pointe if you think Melrose is bad. Melrose by the Bay is my home and I wouldn't have it any other way.
