This place was great when we moved in. It has gone downhill fast! The remodeling was terrible!! The people that were hired to do the remodel were unprofessional and couldn't even speak english. Craftsmanship is obviously NOT what they were looking for. The new ceramic floor tile, which isn't even level, was very poorly installed. The grout is almost completely gone from the tile area at the entrance. The new lighting fixtures are a joke! There's space for two bulbs in the kitchen, but only one is connected. Their idea of "granite-like" countertops in the kitchen are nothing more than the old countertops with very ugly PAINT!! The kitchen and bathroom cabinets are in dire need of replacing (actually falling apart), but I guess that wasn't important enough to do. Our carpet is absolutely filthy, with highlighter pen and dirt stains everywhere. Our bathroom is gross. The sink is full of stains that we can't remove. The medicine cabinet does not have any means of being closed. And to top it off, our bathtub tiles are sinking into the wall. Our window screens are bent out of shape and full of holes. Good luck getting any help from any of the morons in the office. Sure, they're nice to speak with, but they do NOT get anything done. They really are useless. But at least you can go swimming with them watching you at the pool, as their "newly designed clubhouse" is nothing but the office. The maintenance men are very nice, but you'll never see them. If you do, it usually takes a couple of visits to get your problem fixed, and done correctly. There are definitely too many people with their car stereos way too loud, especially at night. Our upstairs neighbors are incredibly noisy. They must not have carpet, and they move furniture around in their living room multiple times a day. We finally got the office to say something to them about their radio being played too loudly, after we got woken up at 7am by it. We were given 3 days notice to renew our lease at their "cheaper" cost this year. Rent went up $29 last year... $73 this year! The office is supposed to be open on Sunday, even per their answering machine. The sign at the office and the lack of people says differently. The lanscaping is lovely at the entrances. However, we don't even have grass growing in front of our unit. This place really needs help.
