When we first moved in 3 years ago, the place wasn't too bad. They had recently remodled the kitchens and baths and they looked decent. We were in a bind and needed a 3 bedroom that accepted large dogs and they fit the bill so we signed the lease. After moving in, we filled out the sheet listing any issues we found with the apartment and well, surprise, surprise, nothing got fixed. We have had AC issues multiple times and it is never fixed quiet right. I can't turn my AC below 77 without it freezing completely! I personally like it a little cooler in my home! We had to have our dishwasher replaced since our old one crapped out on us. Now this one still makes an obnoxious electrical grinding noise and never seems to get the dishes clean. Maintence just says its supposed to make those noises, its griding down the food left on the dishes and to use name brand detergent. Well, I rinse everything before putting it in the dishwasher, use Cascade and run the disposal before turning on the dishwasher - still makes the noise and cloudy dishes. Our one toilet is a joke. It is completely loose and wiggles around everytime you sit on it. Haven't bothered calling maintence cause they don't fix anything. The kids outside don't care. They are rude and leave their toys and bikes all over the place, including in front of my door. Had to tell several of them (including a staff person's kids) to stop leaning on my truck. Neighborhood kids are constantly sitting on my patio chairs and have destroyed a plant shelf I had outside along with several of my plants. They are rude and inconsiderate! I clean up after my dog only to find other people let their dog sh** wherever, including on the sidewalk. Office staff live in the same building as me and she just walks past it and doesn't even bother having maintence clean it up. Yard maintence is a joke. They keep the entrance beautiful, yet let the rest of the place go to crap! Every year I have wasp nests outside my apt. Called several times and had to finally buy stuff myself to kill them. The pool is nasty. I have heard several stories of adult size fecies being left in the pool! And as another reviewer said, the dumpster is tiny. By Saturday it is overflowing and you can barely drive through to dump your trash. People are too lazy to take furniture and large boxes to the big dumpster in the back, so they leave it at the small dumpster meant for regular trash.

My recommendation is stay away unless you are desperate. The 3 bedrooms are not worth the $1000 a month they want to charge you!

yeah--they really suck over there--worst apt complex I have ever visited--and good luck getting your deposit back no matter what you do or how clean you leave it

i use to live there and i had a lot of issues too. they went under new management when i was leaving and no one was even there to do a walk through with me upon leaving let alone find a copy of my lease that took them 3 days to find. i looked up all my rights and threw it in their faces. im 21 and they tried to take advantage of me. sorry im smarter than they thought. take pictures of everything you can break your lease if they do not keep your place safe. look up the renters laws and show them. it took us 4 months to get our deposit back and they had to give us every penny. i hated the place and i let the new comers know .

I believe because we are young too that they try to take advantage of us!
