this place is disgusting. i would rather live in the street than live here another month. my lease is up soon, and i promise i will not be renewing.i live in a 2 bedroom apartment and my last electric bill was $298.00. i am having a problem with them fixing my A/C...and i have asked numberous times for them to fix it, and it has yet to be done. i have fleas and bugs in my house because they dont send in an exterminator. i have asked them to fix the broken street light for the past 6 months (again nothing). one of my cars was broken into and my other car was vandalized causing $1400.00 worth of damage. the shower and the tiles are always breaking and they only bandaid the issue, if they even come at all. i can actually see the mold growing as im typing this. my neighbor has no screens that he has been requesting for 4 months. the landscaping is horrible...my parking spot is over-run with bushes. i have literally watched the landscapers ignore the brush and barely do a cleanup in the parking lots. there is no fire extinguisher in the box outside my apartment...i hope to god that i dont die in a fire. im on the second floor and i am deathly afraid of my railing (it is falling apart) and that i will plummet to my death. i was hanging by the pool, relaxing with my family, when an idiot in the complex started taking shots with a b.b. gun into the pool. if you want my opinion on this complex, i would say run, dont walk, away from this place. dont trust the idiots in the front...they are phoney, they tell you just want you want to hear to get you in here, then they screw you.

Thanks for the heads up- although you are extremely dramtic "plummet to my death." If these apartments are so bad then why did you live in yours for three years?
