OK place to live....HORRIBLE TENANTS

Good points:
1. Tile floors
2. Large apartments
3. Great price
4. Golf Course views
5. Feather Sound location (million dollar home neighborhood)
6. Close to Carillon business center
The only bad point is the tenants of Pelican Landing. These people have an 1100 sq ft apartment in Feather Sound for less than $900 and they treat it like a trailer park. The pool has been closed because of broken glass/vandalism and the relatively nice landscaping is ruined by people who are too lazy to park 100 ft away from their doors in an appropriate space. So they park their Hyundais in the grass. I work in IT across from Feather Sound in the Carillon Business Complex so I am no Warren Buffet, but I think the major problem with Pelican Landing is that their prices are too low and they are attracting a lower class of people. I would imagine the people who gave the negative reviews above me are in that category of people who can?t afford personal assistants, so they expect the office staff to act like personal secrataries. GET OVER YOURSELVES! THESE ARE NICE APARTMENTS AT A GREAT PRICE!
