I've been in this apartment complex two years and have been a great tenant. The management staff are not flexible and very rude. They don't care about people, they just want their money. To them, you are just another number. I believe this holds true for all Ceebraid-Signal Corporation properties. If you are looking for an apartment, do not rent with properties owned by Ceebraid-Signal. The only other complex that I know that is owned by Ceebraid is Audobon Villas in Feathersound. Stay away at all cost.
