The office staff at Pelican Landing and Ceebraid-Signal Corp run a very shady business. They have been very unprofessional and uncooperative. When submitting my notice of vacancy the asst. manager refused to sign that she received it. When asked for a statement in writing of how much we owe in fines, she got very angry and stated she didn't have to do anything, her word was good enough. I have never heard of any sort of business that was so fearful of having any business agreement documented. They also refused to release the address of Ceebraid-Signal Corp. They told me they didn't know what it was! Well, it's public info and didn't take me long to find it online so I could write a letter to the VP. Please save yourself alot of money and frustration and do not rent from Ceebraid-Signal properties! RUN!!!!!!!!
