The management of Pelican Landing (Ceebraid Signal Prop) is the worst residential management company around. Jill, the so called assistant manager has the knowledge and customer service of a roach! The staff (maintenence and other office) is OK, but the idea that this asst manager has of what is real and what is real in her head is way off. Sometimes she forgets to mark that you paid rent, then she sends out eviction notices. When you call her on it, she states that she is only human. Well this only human woman is either greatly mislead by her superiors or sits in the office and gets lost in fantasy land of how a company should be run. From A/C problems, apt not cleaned before we moved in, water leaks, more leaks, more leaks and more leaks, faulty dishwasher, etc, we have had more calls to the front office then to each other. Normally we take the issue in stride but when our personal items started to be destroyed and the asst manager basically stated she was not interested, things are going to get ugly. Good Luck Ceebraid! If you are considering moving to Pelican Landing, be prepared for destroyed personal property and an I don't give a ---- attitude from mangt!
