Pelican Landing Apartments

NOT WORTH IT, DON'T BUY HERE From: urscrewed Date posted: 11/8/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005 1 response   As a renter, I do not recommend buying this condo. There are too many problems here such as: leaky roofs, unreliable ac units, dirty appliances when moved in. Basic unit costs in the 160's plus $200 monthly condo fee. It's just not worth it!!!
