As a renter, I do not recommend buying this condo. There are too many problems here such as: leaky roofs, unreliable ac units, dirty appliances when moved in. Basic unit costs in the 160's plus $200 monthly condo fee. It's just not worth it!!!

How did this tenant know they were selling them back in 2004 since as a tenant myself I was not informed until April of 2005?
