My humble opinion(being a resident of this place for more than a couple of years now), DON'T. My reasons: 1. The foundations are not strong. There's all kinds of problems in the exterior of the building. Granted, it's taken care of by the Condo association once you buy it, but, ultimately, it's gonna come out of your pocket. 2. The appliances in the building are not new. 3.It's a pain in the neck to deal with the apartment management. The Condo management is no exception. |
