Like many other my place was a mess when I moved in. Cabinets turn up. Carpet turned and stained. And the rest of the place looked like someone just moved out and no one came in to even check it out.
First day there they wouldn't let us in because they said it wasn't ready even thought we called first. Don't won't to imagine what it had been like that day!

AC breaks many times a year and maintence crew seem to have their time filled doing other things like rideing their family around on the golf cart. Takes a few days to get anything fixed.

Had the water heater flood water everywhere several times. A few times within a month.

These people care nothing for your problems and will screw you any chance they get.

Now that they have gone Condo (and I moved) and called The Club, I would tell you to run away as fast as you can because of the problems. Even without the problems they want $175,000 for my apartment. After all the fees your looking at $1500 a month. Its nice but not that nice. Maybe if it was $700 a month.

Moral of this story is just advoid this place at all cost!
