I just love having to do my own repairs, carpet cleaning from flooding over a year ago, waiting for someone to move thier vehicle from behind mine because they are too lazy to actually park in a parking spot, getting stupid notices that are really poorly written, nit-picking on little things such as satellite dishes at the front of the buildings instead of in back & patios/balconies that are cluttered instead of actually making critical repairs on buildings/stairways/sidewalks/parking lot. I can go on & on. I'm beginning to wonder if everyone here is legal. This place is a legal nightmare waiting to happen. So many needed repairs & creepy people around. I am so glad I do not live near the dumpster. IT STINKS TO HIGH HEAVEN!!!

PEOPLE, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! If I could, I would have been out of here a long time ago! Unfortunately, circumstances are forcing me to stay. Ugh!!!
