I have no serious complaints about the apartment. I absolutely LOVE the Kitchen, it's totally perfect! The apartment is a good size for a two bedroom and the appliances are nice. Glenn is AWESOME! I have lived and many apartments and Glenn is the BEST maintenance guy around! He is very professional and quick to fix the problem. The office staff some of them are a different story! I was going to renew my lease, until I saw the same 2 bedroom apartment going for $200 less a month. When I asked Daysi about it, she said there was nothing she could do. We would have to pay the same amount, regardless. I even offered to move into the cheaper apartment instead of staying in the one I'm currently in now. She looked at me with the stupidest look and said there was nothing she could do because we were already residents. I was so upset! I loved this apartment, but after dealing with her, forget it! They are so nice before you sign the lease and after that, they don't care! I have been complaining about my upstairs neighbors for 8 months and they have done nothing to stop them from blasting there music at 4am and keeping the bass of their entertainment center turned up really loud to the point where my windows shake! As for the bugs, you can get your apartment sprayed every Wednesday, which is what I did, so there is really no excuse for you having the bugs. SO overall the apartment is nice, but when you deal with a staff who doesn't care and neighbors who don't have common sense, your likely to want to leave.
