Anyone have an opinion on this place more recent' - I have a friend trying to get me in as a roommate, should I stay away and wait for her lease to open up, or should I dive right in' 515 a month for a 1 bedroom ' is what she pays now, I would obviously want a 2 bedroom

The colums at eastbay 5 minutes away is a few dollars more but nicer cleaner looking apartments. Both owned by same mgmt company. I looked at both and allens creek seemed older and less upkeep plus on the N of the apartment whils driving around I could hear the intercome for the car lot next door, no views on balcony. I didn't decide on either but Eastbay was the top choice they didn't have a place for me when I wanted to move. Visit any place you are going to call home before jumping in, good luck!

Ya i just got into town last night, staying with my girl at these apartments, they seem small, but she did a good job on the inside. 514 a month isnt bad for a 1 bedroom, but we will have to go with a 2 bedroom, i will have to check out those apartments for when this lease is up soon. thanks

I think this place is a great value for the money. I have lived here 2 years and don't have any complaints.
