I have lived in many apartments, but TOWN PLACE is a dump, the roads in the complex are awful, the managment, changes every 6 months, the Apartments are filled with mold, the air conditioning is awful, I live in a one bedroom apt., upstairs and my electric bill is close to 200 dollars.

The place is a complete mess and management does not have a clue how to operate such place, they are also very rude, and they keep on going up on the rent...Stay away..if you want to keep your sanity.

They allow pets, but you have to put a deposit of 250 dollars. And NO big dogs.
