COMMENTS From: frank5 Date posted: 4/5/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I have lived at the Vinings for almost a year now. There are a number of maintenance problems in my apartment that have not been repaired. My original maintenance request was submitted in writing on February 10, 2005. I have made four follow-up requests to have my maintenance requests fulfilled and despite promises from the main office, they still have not. If you are planning on buying a condo at the Vinings, be wary of the appliances and utilities that come with the unit as they are prone to malfunction and don't be fooled by the idea of a "gated community." The gates have not been working for nearly six months now.
