Awful - Had to deal with Venue patrons all year. My picture shows where several people urinated next to their cars. Trash. Figuratively and literally. They offered me a new lease at over 200 dollars more than what I was paying last year. Anywhere from 1100 to 1300 dollars a month up from 900, for a one bedroom.
