880 is the fun condos on Clearwater Beach I work on Sand Key filled with Condos and you have to tip toe to your condo because everyone is bored and just wants to complain. 880 isn't like that. These people actually have a life and enjoy it. I don't live there yet so I can not rate.

Welcome to Florida I have lived at Bayside for almost 2 years. The apartments are nice. The Grounds are BEAUTIFUL! I have no issues with the staff they have all been friendly! There are some bugs but this is Florisa people have pest control come. I really enjoy living here!
