Please read and do not trust everyone - I lived at Bay Meadows in 2001 then had to leave the state so I moved out in 2008, I just moved back in and I have never had any problems with the complex or the people that work in the office. DUMP This place is a place for trailer people. To them it's Paradise. You can hear people taking a piss right through the floor.
They allow anyone to DUMP there trash (ANYTHING) on the weekends and it looks like a third world location.

Horrible place! This is the worst place I have ever lived. When I moved in the apartment was not clean. Bugs everywhere, leaks, noisy people. The office staff is the worst. The manager is extremely rude. Keep away from here!
