was not cleaned well at move-in....& no offer from management to take care of it. generally they don't care about the problems of the tenants living in the "Aurora" (older) section of the complex. when water/sewer bills were $10-$15 more than normal, they didn't care.
VERY low quality carpet (indoor/outdoor type') & is barely padded.
many, many bugs' nests; rust & mold growing on walkways leading to door.
lots of bugs all around the place.....due to the nests & the undeveloped, uncared-for swamp behind complex.
really poor night-time lighting on walkways & streets.
the only thing good is the price.
