I have lived here for 2 years.I have just about nothing good to say about Cagan's.When i first moved here,it was great..Peace and quiet..Now,Cagan has expanded so much,they did'nt care who moved in,just as long as they filled the apartments.Just 3 wks. ago,a lady i know was sexually harassed early in the morning on her way home from work.I will not even let my wife leave for work in the morning by herself.I walk her out every morning.They are putting the concerns of the people who live here last,and thinking about money in their pocket first..If you dont live on the Ridgepoint side,you are treated like trash..A pool and hot tub that closes before i even get home from work..A business office that is now closed down...A gym that has broken equipment..poor lighting on sidewalks..Sprinklers that water the sidewalks,and not the lawns..and a so-called golf course that is smaller that my bathroom..But,if ya want a decent price,i guess this is the place for you..As for me,im gone once my lease is up.....
