I am a very detail oriented person, and while searching for a new apartment, I utilized all manor of media available to me. I searched the internet, referral services, and apartment locators. I must admit upon reading the opinions located within this service, I was sceptical of the Cagan Crossings Apartment Complex, but decided to view the property and area myself. I was quite suprised to find a beautiful complex. I was immediatetly made welcome by the staff and spent over 2 hours reviewing the floor plans and viewing model apartments. I did not find any of the issues I had read about. The apartments are lovely, a great price, and the area is the best I have seen, and believe me, I did my reasearch. I have lived in the community for 2 months now, and find that all of my maintenance issues were addressed within 24 to 48 hours. My neighbors are great and the community is very quiet. After living here, I found that I could not allow others to think that these apartments are as bad as others are saying and felt that I must give my opinion as well. I suggest that you view the community to see what a great place it is...
