The list of problems with this complex and the management company is too long for me to detail (so late at night)...but it certainly has changed in the few years we've lived here, and definitely for the worse.

They'll basically rent to anyone and everyone now, so expect to see a lot of rift-raft types about. Landscaping standards have drastically declined, and there's no enforcement of speed limits or picking up after dogs.

Office staff is ineffective, and act as though they're being bothered when you address a concern.

Neighbors have told me of a sexual assault or attempted assualt on a female leaving for work in the early morning hours. Parking lots are NOT well-lit and we do NOT feel safe here with the kinds of tenants they've begun leasing to.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
