Seemed better when I moved in. Has gone downhill, especilly in the last year & a half - hoodlum-types loitering - packs of teens roaming - cars with LOUD music parked outside - cars speeding through (no speed bumps here!) - dogs without leashes pooping anywhere (thanks to owners not paying attention to rules to the contrary!) - laundry rooms NEVER NEVER NEVER have all machines in good working condition. I'm tired of calling the office about all of it too! Maybe the flapping roof section will blow off during the next hurricane - then they will finally HAVE to fix it!'
