I will be moving on December 19. I am moving from Miami to Clermont with my fiance and my job is starting the 17 but they said this is the earliest time they can let me move in. Kinda off to a bad start when i have to get a hotel for my 2 first nights there. I have the second floor and I am about to move in. everything seems ok nice and clean and i even got the booklet one of the other reviews stated. I used this site to find my apartment and i had to chose this one because of the price. It is also far away from my job thats in Longwood ( doowntown Orlando). I hope the rooms are clean and have no animals running around in my apartment. The no speed bumps are good for me because my car is lowered and also I don't speed anyways the only problem is with the only paralell parking that my wife has some problems with since she drives a SUV, but for my civic its no problem. So i can say so far is a good and a bad place but it if cagan crossings followed some advise and comments that there residents say then this could truely be a good place for the money if there is a such thing. Might make good money if they thought about that more people happy more money from people staying in the complex. thank you bye
