I lived in Cagan for 10 months and actually loved my apartment. It was very quaint on the "non-income controlled" section. I had a ground unit and faced the parking lot. It was very disappointing at first, but then came to love it when loading groceries and the like.

Poorly lit areas was an issue. While I was there, we had a night when some kids came through and slashed the side of many tires in the neighborhood...including mine. The management did nothing about it, not even a notice to others in the area that such things were occuring.

I am curious to hear how it is doing with the new section moving in with all the shops and such. Last I heard the "villas" above the shops were being sold for close to 200K. I like the area, but not THAT much. It was very convienent for work at Disney which was a huge selling point for me not to mention affordable.

Another person wrote that they never fixed anything on theitr move in list. This is the truth. I never saw them come and fix anything. Nor have I recieved any word on how much of my security deposit I was getting back.

Would I recommend it' To a single person... no. To a couple...maybe. The amenities always seemed to be closed when I was home from work ...like 8PM. I think the pool closes at 7PM. Good luck enjoying that amentity! gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
