I have lived in the aurora section at Cagan Crossings for almost 5 years now and you couldnt pay me to live anywhere else. I pay only $630 a month for me and my 2 children.I have never found a place as reasonably priced as aurora.When I moved in because it was income restricted I was a little nervous that it wouldnt be taken care of as well as the other community called ridgepointe.However I have found out since then they treat everyone like royalty no matter which community they live in and as far as the property it is all equally taken care of.so to those of you who are not happy with the colors and petty things like that when you own the place you can pick the colors until then I like the color they are now!!!!!The office staff has been wonderful the few times I have been in there to ask varies questions.Another thing I read there was a bug problem which we do live in florida and if youve ever been to aurora you would see theres lots of tress and peace and quiet.In the mornings I can hear birds chirping which I love because not very often anymore does that happen in the city.So I will take a few bugs now and then(pest control is included).Well as for me I really enjoy living at Cagan Crossings and I actually have a friend who is on the waiting list to get in so if some people dont like it then maybe they should try somewhere else.
