I have lived in the Ridge Point side of Cagan for three years. I moved in because it was cheap and the apartments are huge. I love that I only share one wall with a neighbor so its quiet. I hate that people drive way to fast in parking lot. There is nowhere to park, and the trash is usually overflowing on the sidewalk. The pool is filled with families from nearby communities that show up in their minivans and unload 10 kids and a bunch of walmart bags and play loud music. If you are looking for a nice apartment and don't care much about the community this is a great place to live.
