I lived on the old side (aurora), and the apartment itself was pretty nice, for a 2 bedroom i paid $630. The only problem we had was that the AC was growing Mold, and Maintenance really dont care about the aurora side or take longer to solve the problem, they cater to Ridgepoint better. Besides that our apt was pretty good, although ALOT of people living around the pool complained about a roach infestation.
I felt pretty safe, which is important, and never heard about anyone breaking into a car or in a house. Parking is difficult if u come late at night, and not to much noise either.
