I lived in Aurora for almost 2yrs, in that time, I have scene to many cockroaches to even count, and finally the mice came. My friend killed 2 on the kitchen floor. I had leaks from the apartment above. The final time was when I came home from work very late, and my hallway was soaked with water. When I went to the office the next day, the manager Lisa asked why I didn't report it earlier! So it took forever for maintenance to come, I do have to stay when they did fix something, they did it right.
As for the parking, there is none, unless you want to park under a tree. The noise goes with any complex, although I did have this couple argue right out side my window. Safety, let me just say I was glad I lived only a few steps from where my car was parked. The office staff is horrible, they do not know what is going on. The person you want to talk to is never there. The ladies give you the wrong information. The nicest one is the General manager. I was VERY glad to end my lease early!!!!!
