I would not reccommend this place to my enemy. The issues I have had are flooding in my apartment twice because the first time the problem it wasn't ever fixed. Then they used my electric to dry the carpets which cost me an extra $100 on my bill. Was offered a grand jesture of a $30 Publix gift certificate but only after i contacted the owner of the complex! Don't let them use your electric ever. But even when you don't you can expect an electric bill of about $250 a month for a 2/2 970 sq Apt. with no washer dryer hook up!!!! They need to call in the power company to do a efficency check soon, all my neighbors complain how high thier power bills are also. Then I had brought my 2nd car over becuase my 1st car was in the shop and because I didn't tell them it would be there for a couple of weeks they towed it for me. How nice at the tune of $320 bucks! They don't run tags first to see if one if their residence owns it, they'd much rather take the lazy way out and charge thieir tenents. So if someones rent is late, I can certainly see why! Not to mention, none of the Laundry machines ever work. You can't keep track of the money you loose in those machines and the time it takes you to do your luandry over and over because the machines are so old that you have to play the lotto evrytime you put your clothes in and hope you get a lucky machine. They should probably spend more time checking this out and fixing the faucets that always drip then towing residents cars! A true waste of money here and not a decent nights sleep! The walls are so thin that if you have kids and your neighbors are "getting lucky" you better cover thier ears!You will hear it all from start to finish!
