I Lived in the appartment complex with my husband and three kids for a little over two years.We only moved because we bought our own place.It is very affordable and at a covenient location.Management was always prompt on mentenance and other tenant issues. They also threw parties and organised get-togethers for tenants which made us feel like we a part of a big family.People think that deposits are not given back when tenants move out. Well we received a full refund two weeks after our lease ended.What I believe is that if you treat a rented place like your own and keep it well when you move out so that other people can also love living there, Grandview management will definately treat you like a good ex-tenant. Although we have moved out, me and my family really miss the place. I'll recommend it for anyone.IT IS ONE OF THE BEST!
