I lived here for over three years and nothing gets any better. The pavement is falling apart along with the hills. Maintence uses the dumpsters so they are normally full of junk from abandoned apartments,
If you have to live here, make sure you inspect the apartment before you pay your money and move in. If you wait, it takes forever to get work done. I've been waiting for three years for screen to be replaced. Also, you only need one person to qualify to sent an apartment. Then you can have your girl/boyfriend move in along with any relatives that need a place. As long as the rent is paid, management doesn't care.
You can also ignore the rules on outdoor grills. "Don't ask, don't tell".
Unless your desparate, DON'T MOVE HERE.

I really enjoy this apartment complex I have lived here since March of 2007. Maintence is always helpful. Even if their is junk by the dumpsters it's not there long at all. The pool is beautiful and I cannot complain about my fellow tenants. Grandview is a good place to live, quiet and friendly yet ready to party at the get-togethers!!!
