Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
I have been at Grand View for 1 1/2 years now and can only report positive things. The apartments are nice size, and clean. Maintenance is professional, very quick and knowledgeable. The Complex has been remodeled, new roofs, fresh paint, new pavements, very nice and clean pool.
Working in Law Enforcement and receiving visitors from work it has been noted that Management has cleaned up this place and turned it into a prime apartment community for families to live in.
