i don't advise any one to live in nelson park even if u pay ur rent on time even if ur always in ur apartment they always look for an excuse to get u out they never return ur deposit the maintanace take for ever to get things fixed drivers in the area drive down the streets as if they where on the high way neibors are nosy always in ur busness i'm dying to leave
