This complex has nice apartments, good size for the money. HOWEVER, the money is not put back into the community. The buildings are mossey, and moldy on the exterior. The maintenance crew is slow. My refrigerator went out and it took 5 days for them to come to repair it. There are police in the complex on an hourly basis to do a patrol, because we had a shooting here 4 weeks ago, and just the other night .. there were arrests due to drugs. The police have actually given residents in this complex the phone number to the Drug enforcement agency. Although yes it is true that some parts of the community got some new plants and sod (ONLY around the office to make it look nice for possible new residents). The truth be told it does not appear that the management does not take pride in its community, nor does it wish to take any part of properly screening future residents.
I am an older person, and I will not leave my door unlocked nor will I go out of doors after dusk alone. The gates do not work, the pool is not operating properly, and when lawn service comes in, it only mows half of the grass. There has not been any pest control for the apartments in over 3 months.
