once they get you to rent an apt, it's downhill from there. Dog crap on the stairs. Garbage in the grass and on the stairs. Management was not helpful at all. You were unable to get an answer from any staff let alone the community manager. If you read all the reviews, most are about the management. Tell me... it's not a coincidence. So, you may take your chance and rent with this company, but you will soon be writing about them too.

The management is unorganized and incapable of handling the simplist of tasks. I have been given warning notices telling me that rent is past due when it has already been paid on time. I was told that the pool opens at 9AM and that Monday is closed. The pool is closed as much as three other days during the week or opened very late. It appears that the pool is not a major concern to them. It is to me and I made it very clear that I needed it open in the morning during there listed operating hours. This has fallen on deaf ears. I reported that the plastic tiles in the laundry room are loose and comming up over a month ago and now the entrance way is doing the same and they have not repaired them. I am thinking that liquid nail will do the job nicely.
