It a very horrible apartment. Management is the worse about the whole place. They tell you are going to pay one amount then tell you something else and then 3 mos ask for over 300 in past owe and then harrassed you about it and they also steal your stuff that is outside and don't tell you about it. Also agree on one thing then a week or so far then change so nothing they say is the truth. So I am moving out after only 5 mos and probably end up in court. This is the worse place I ever lived at in my entirely life. Oh yea the police is always here for something.

rent is 799 plus your cable and washer and dryer hu that adds up to 883.00 so really rent not 799.00 boy they are a big rip off and way overprice.

For an "income-restricted" place - yes - that IS a rip-off. You can find cheaper out in Metrowest area. AND nicer, roomier, etc.
