I have lived there for almost a year and at first everything was peaceful but now that new residents have moved in they are noisy and rude people. They have no respect and seem to not know how to read the rules that are posted everywhere. Some like to blast their car stereos with systems in it so that they annoy more and wake everyone up. Some like to sit in their car and honk until someone comes out at 2am. The kids run wild with their bikes and no supervison. Speeders you have to learn to follow the speed limit that is posted all over. Maintenace and office workers come in to your home without knocking and my door bell has not worked the whole time i have been there so if they did ring the bell we would never know. Maintenance should learn that there is a knocker and make it known that you are there and not just walk in after assuming that the bell works. Management has been changed many times in just less than a year and that is why no one knows who acctually is the manager and who is the office personell that will help up and be nice about it. Stick with one manager why do you keep changing it Osprey Ridge. It is an ok place to live if you have no other place to go. They just need to orgainze something to keep every one aware of the rules before they move in and they will have consiquenses for not following the noise rules at least. That is the most annoying of all. Be quite you would not like it if someone blasted some annoying music while you were sleeping. Right'

If you have a problem with speeders & deliquent children, try calling the police. Maybe they were getting new managers because of all of the problems with people not following the rules. The current manager has been here since like 2006 & he is great! If you have something wrong with your apartment (ex: doorbell), all you have to do is go to the office & write it up. They will fix something like that in a day or two!!! If you don't like living in an apartment community, buy a house!!!!!!!
