I have lived in Osprey Ridge for almost 3 years now. I have complained about my carpeting to no avail. I have asked about the a/c handler that seems to be running on rusty water. You can see it draining in the cabinet the handler is in.
There is a musty smell in the apartment, I believe is caused by the stucco cracks on the exterior right outside of my apartment that I have shown to them many times.
I have very noisy neighbors. I made a complaint about one and they actually came to my door to ask why I complained. I called the office and asked why this happened. They deny telling them who made the complaint.
Neighbors have company and I cannot park near my apartment. The lot is full and this very common.
