I have been a resident for about a year. I think that the management & maintenance teams work really hard to resolve problems. The new manager is great! I have noticed an improvement since he has arrived. The change was much needed.

Some of the people that live here are annoying, but I guess that's to be expected if you live in an apartment complex... if you want silence... buy a house! The property, pool & playground are always kept clean.

I moved into Osprey Ridge in October of 07 and I must say one of the best communitys i have ever lived at.The maintenance men are on top of there game and the office staff do care about there community.I would tell anyone who is looking for a nice apt. to come and look at this place and see how nice it is. well worth the drive to check it out.
