Management is beyond horrible. They advertised one price for rent and cable ( which is inclusive) and then tell you a different price. My apartment was not at all together when I moved in which frustrated me to no end. I mean the floors hadn't been swept nor mopped or waxed. The carpeted floors have koolaid stains in every room not to mention it hadn't been cleaned dare I say vacummed. There were many things....wrong with my apartment but they were all easy fixes which still aren't fixed. What I can say about maintenance is that they are nice and will leave you a letter telling what they did or did not fix and will acknowledge you when they see you drive by. The problem I have is with the mangement office and the appearance of the grounds. With their only one trash compactor and over 300 units use your imagination on how junky it looks. Broken glass left for weeks in the parking lot, and not a working net for the tennis courts...oh and the laundry room....let's just say I drive 15 mins to go to a laundry mat. Again little things....every single negative about the proparty are all easy fixes, and if you are just starting out it,it can maybe get you by for a year but anything other than that....unless the management company makes some surprise visits to see what goes on....all the little issues I mentioned could roll into serious, issues.
