ENGLISH: RAINTREE IS HORRIBLE, THE MANAGEMENT ARE A BUNCH OF THIEVES. THEY WANT EVERYONES MONEY FOR NOTHING. THE APARTMENTS SUCK AND SO DOES THE PLACE.
SPANISH: RAINTREE ES HORRIBLE. LOS MANAGERS SON UNOS LADRONES. QUIEREN EL DINERO DE LAS JENTES PARA NADA. LOS APARTAMENTOS NO SIRVEN Y TAMPOCO EL SITIO.
