Yes, I was correct. We lived there for a year and it was the worst experience of my life. Everyday people knocked on our door asking to borrow money after someone saw us give a dollar to a kid on the street that asked. Did I mention that these are people we don't even know asking for money'
The noise at night is horrible, people are always blasting stereos and getting into fights in the stairwells. The management does not respond to complaints.
The bug problem is out of control. We didn't see any when we moved in, but a few weeks later they started to emerge.
The pool was broken and closed for most of the summer that we lived there.
We were just looking for an affordable, family community to live in. What we got was a gang infested, bug infested, hell hole that I wouldn't send my worst enemy to.
