Raintree is not a gang place it has improve a lot since the new manager came to work.

I live at Raintree for few months and I see a great improve in the apartments. The manager in getting the place in
good shape I work on Disney's and I have to be in and out of the home most of the time at night or early in the morning I do not see a gangs at that time. I spoke with several peoples and they said that since the new manager came to work at Raintree the place has improve a lot. You can come at night or day and see the place for your self.
