IT USE TO BE A NICE PLACE TO LIVE. LATELY NOISY NEIGHBORS WITH LOUD MUSIC TO WHERE IT CAN BE HEARD AND FELT IN THE SURROUNDING APTS. PRETTY SAD, SPOKE TO MANAGEMENT ABOUT THIS AND THE PROBLEM CONTINUES, NEEDLESS TO SAY WE WILL BE MOVING.
