This place is ghetto. Drug dealers everywhere, OH, I also mention, my lease was up on December 31st, It is now January 22nd and I still haven't received my deposit refund!
When Raintree opened they quickly filled all of their units with their low prices and ease of getting in including no background check needed! Very nice apartments but there is a reason they come standard with alarm systems.
