The staff here is very bad. The office staff is rude and unhelpful, the maintenance staff is almost as bad and never fixes anything in a timely manner or correctly and the housekeeping staff is a sham. I spent more time cleaning my apartment after I moved in then looking for a new job.

The ads for this apartment say that there is a free shuttle to Walt Disney World and another major employer, but these shuttles only run once at like 7 in the morning and then return at 5 or six in the evening. The ad also says that this is a gated community, but the gate has never worked and from the current state of it I doubt if it ever will.

The office staff as i said is very rude and unhelpful. When we signed our lease we ran through it as fast as we could so she could get back to whatever she was doing. Every time I go in to the office to complain about something or pay ren the staff always ignores me and tries to rush me out. And do not trust the office with any personal information, the feel no obligation to refain from telling everyone who asks anything about you.

The apartments are nice sized and comfy, but... the appliances are subpar and shaby, your neighbors are loud and rude, the is a pest problem, and the children are misbehaved and rude, just like the parents.
