This negative review is from a CURRENT Sarah's Place renter.(By the way anonymous support-the word is spelled DECISIVE!) We pay our rent early have never been in danger of eviction! We have been here for 2 years and just cannot take it anymore. To all that view this website: ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE CORRECT!! The staff are okay but always problems with the pool, the gate, the ROACHES, and yes drug related activity. The reason were deciding to move now is that another drug dealer recently moved in. We've decided to go ahead and look for a house now because Sarah's community is changing and yes some staff do not always behave professionally especially the current manager. They did not honor an agreement they gave us on the special they ran. They were supposed to update our lease with an addendum regarding our moving to another unit on the ground floor since I've recently developed some medical problems in which I may need wheelchair access; they have yet to honor that agreement or give us the addendum now 45 days since the agreement. We DO NOT recommend this apartment overall and glad to moving soon since our lease will be up in March. Yes staff come and go but their general operation practices overall are poor and management untrustworthy.
