i moved into sarah?s place soon after it opened and it was very nice. they were just finishing the area that i moved into and i was the first tenant in the apartment i got.



the first year was nice. the majority of the people living there seemed to work at disney (as did i). everyone kept themselves. there was never a problem with neighbors or noise.



after the first year residents began to move out, a new wave of people arrived and the complex began to go downhill. unattended children, domestic disputes, people hanging about in the parking lot at all hours... etc. the gate never worked back then either. once they finally put it up, it was either smashed or pushed over.



for the majority of the time i lived there, i really had no complaints. i never saw the staff aside from the rare occasion that i needed to drop off the rent in person (i preferred to stick through the slot to avoid waiting in the office for someone to take it).



all in all, it was nice but deteriorating. i am happy to have gotten out when i did.
