Sarah's Place

 

I moved into Sarah's Place back in April of 2003.

It seemed to be a nice community with a good management that honestly cared about your concerns and living area.

The only problem at that time was the gates did not work.

As they told us they were being worked on, which by the way are still not working.

As time went on management changed and I could see it go down hill.

Receiving notices on doors with wrong dates that don't even exist, maintenance not replying to needed problems with the apartment, kids of all ages hanging around our and neighbor vehicles at all hours of the day, cops showing up at all hours of the night, and lastly the pool and fitness center not up to standards.

Let's just say if you want to work out, might as well go to a local gym.

Nothing works here.

The brochure for Sarah's Place states, gated access, beautiful landscaping, sparkling pool, and state of the art fitness center.

I would honestly like to know where all that stuff is included here.

The fitness center does not work, the pool is green, gates do not work, and the landscaping is pitiful.

The last straw for us was when one of our vehicles was backed into and basically nothing was done about it.

Once again management has changed.

And not for the better but for the worst.

They are rude and very unhelpful.

If you like to deal with stress, problems and non-speaking English people Sarah's Place is just for you.

If not I would defiantly look somewhere else.
