Free Pets: Spiders, Roaches, and Silverfish.
No kennel needed- plenty of cracks in the floors, walls, and ceilings for a comfortable sleeping space.
It's free pest control brought to you by management- but it's their day off, again.
Please call maintenance three months prior to the breaking items.
They will come between business hours of 2 a.m.- 4 a.m.
weekdays.
No stereo necessary.
Your neighbors have one to literally shake things up.
The pool is for unsupervised children and wild snakes, who also run freely through the apartment buildings and parking lots.
Security is a bliss.
You always feel welcomed to come home because the gate is always open.
Security officers, also known as the Lake County Sheriffs, come late nights with flashlights to chase your neighborhood criminals.
